Plain-English rules for using the MoonMaker API.
API response data may only be used within your own internal services — bots, agents, dashboards, analytics tools, or similar. You may not expose raw API responses publicly.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share API responses in their original or minimally modified form. This includes forwarding signals to third parties, publishing them on public channels, or bundling them into a competing product.
You are free to analyze, transform, and build upon the data. If your output is substantially different from the raw API response — your own analysis, scores, summaries, or trading logic — that's perfectly fine.
MoonMaker signals are not financial or investment advice. They are algorithmic outputs based on market data. You trade at your own risk. MoonMaker is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on our signals.
Pricing, endpoints, features, and data availability may change at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making breaking changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
MoonMaker uses the x402 protocol — payments are made in USDC on Base L2 at the time of each API call. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all payments are final and non-refundable.
If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to block your access to the API without prior notice. Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent suspension.
